広島のお酒の特長である「軟水仕込み」でつくられた日本酒です。軟水は発酵が進みにくいと言われていますが、麹を丁寧に育てるといった下準備をしっかり行うことで、その弱点を個性に結びつけて香りが高く濃醇な味わいの日本酒が生まれました。

 

このお酒は軟水仕込みらしいふくよかでキメの細かいお酒で、新鮮なリンゴを連想させる華やかな香り、そして爽やかな後口が特徴の日本酒です。濾過も割り水もしない無濾過原酒ならではのできたての味わいが楽しめます。

Miyake Honten

Miyake Honten, located in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, was founded in 1856. The water used by Miyake Honten is Haigamine subsoil water, which is filtered by the granite of the Chugoku Mountains. This soft water contains just the right amount of minerals and has a soft, mild taste that mellows out the sake.

 

It is made mainly from sake rice grown in the magnificent nature of northern Hiroshima and carefully brewed using the soft-water brewing method, which gives it a mellow taste.

 

The flagship brand, Senpuku, was named after the first generation's mother and wife out of gratitude to them.
