In 2024, the KURA ONE® e-commerce site will hold a special limited-time "PlusOne Campaign", in which a free can is attached to a set of three cans of the same brand. 20,000 to 30,000 brands of sake are said to exist. KURA ONE® currently offers 21 brands from 14 sake breweries in aluminium cans (with plans to expand). The PlusOne Campaign focuses on one brand each time and conveys the characteristics and particulars of the sake brewery.

The sake introduced here is the Nanakanba series from Hikami seishu, located in the Okuizumo area of Shimane Prefecture. Among them is KURA ONE®Nanakanba Tokubetsu-junmai undiluted, which has been specially produced as a pure sake so that you can enjoy the sake itself, and which has received high praise from a top French sommelier.

Brand introduction: This "Nanakanba" is the sake of Hikami seishu, known as the birthplace of non-foaming yeast, made with locally grown high-quality rice and pure water from Okuizumo, and crafted by skilled Izumo brewers. It is the undiluted sake of a Tokubetsu-junmai sake that combines the richness of rice and a refreshing aftertaste in perfect balance, making it an excellent match for richly flavored dishes. This undiluted sake is not available for general sale channel and is specially prepared for KURA ONE®.
