Domestic (Japan)
Domestic delivery is handled by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato).
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area and size.

If the total amount of one order is 26,000 yen (including tax) or more, domestic delivery is free.
[If the total amount of your order is between 8,000 yen and 25, 999 yen, a shipping fee of 1,430 yen will be charged.
Hokkaido / Kyushu areas require a delivery charge of 1,540 yen if the total amount of each order is between 8,000 yen and 25,999 yen.
In the Okinawa area, a shipping fee of 2,893 yen is required for each order totaling 8,000 to 25,999 yen.
[Orders totaling 7,999 yen or less] *Including tax
A shipping fee of 1,265 yen is required for orders totaling 7,999 yen or less per order.
In Hokkaido and Kyushu areas, a shipping fee of 1,375 yen will be charged if the total amount per order is 7,999 yen or less.
In the Okinawa area, a shipping fee of 2,255 yen will be charged if the total amount per order is 7,999 yen or less.
Please be sure to check the shipping box for dents or damage upon receipt. Please notify the driver if you have any difficulty in receiving the shipment.
If you wish to specify the date and time of receipt, please write it in the remarks column on the payment page.
It is possible to change the delivery address before shipment. Please change it after logging in to your account page. Please note that changes cannot be made after shipment.
If you are not at home after your order arrives at the delivery address, you can leave your package at the Yamato office, but after a certain period of time, the package will be returned to us.
If you wish for us to re-deliver the package, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee. Please understand this.

Overseas
For international shipments, you must either a. use Japan Post delivery (EMS / Parcel / Normal) or b. use an outside forwarding service. The "a" and "b" shipping methods are intended for personal use. If you are purchasing a quantity that local customs cannot determine is for personal use, or if you are purchasing for commercial use, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
If you wish to use delivery by Japan Post (EMS / Parcel / Normal), please accept the delivery policy and select the delivery country and provide the delivery address on the e-commerce site. We will act as the agency and use Japan Post delivery. Please note that if Japanese sake / alcohol falls under prohibited or conditionally permitted items by Japan Post for each consignee country, delivery will not be possible or the delivery method or products will be restricted.
JAPAN POST'S "PROHIBITED OR CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED GOODS" LISTS INFORMATION ON "ALCOHOL" AND "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES" AS PROHIBITED OR CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED GOODS. IN SOME CASES, THE LIST IS NARROWED DOWN BY COUNTRY, SUCH AS "ALCOHOL 60% OR MORE PROHIBITED, OTHERS NOT APPLICABLE," "EMS PROHIBITED, PARCELS AND NORMAL ITEMS NOT APPLICABLE," AND "HARMFUL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED. PROHIBITED OR CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTABLE GOODS INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE YOUR SHIPMENT SHIPPED BY JAPAN POST, PLEASE CHECK THE JAPAN POST PAGE FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION ON PROHIBITED OR CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTABLE ITEMS BEFORE MAKING YOUR SELECTION AND PURCHASING DECISION.
If the order quantity is large, or if the purchase is for other than personal use, we will contact you separately regarding the delivery method.
