Why should you take it?

Drink the super dry as +12 indicates.

Harushika Extra dry Junmai was the first sake in the industry to have "Chokarakuchi / 超辛口 (super dry)" on the label, and since then, it has been a long-selling product for over 35 years. This product has stability and a flavor that users have loved throughout the ages. It is a sake that never fails and never fails to convince.

In the midst of the many dry sake brands out there, we have reevaluated the characteristics that make Harushika stand out from the crowd with our own sensibilities. Although Harushika is dry, it has a perfect balance of umami and mellowness, making it a pure dry sake.

The best-selling dry sake in Japan. Why not try a dry taste from Harushika?

KURA ONE® Harushika Junmai Super Dry (180ml)

This "Harushika (Extra Dry)" is an ultimate extra dry Junmai (pure rice) sake brewed by the Imanishiseibee shoten, a store that has been preserving the high-quality sake of the traditional brewing method "Nanto Morohaku" in Nara, the birthplace of Japanese sake, for over 35 years. Despite its Japan Sake Meter Value of +12, it perfectly harmonizes a refined aroma, richness, and a delicate flavor that showcases its sharpness. It is an excellent sake to bring out the umami of various ingredients and truly shines as a sake to accompany meals.

Brewery

Imanishiseibee Shoten

Imanishiseibee shoten started its sake brewing business in Nara, the birthplace of sake, in 1884. The invention of sake using only white rice (moroshiro-zukuri) and the groundbreaking techniques (nanto moroshiro) that became the basis for today's sake brewing techniques, such as pasteurized, yeast cultivation, and dividing the brewing process into two or three times, were born in Nara.

Imanishiseibee shoten has been working on the commercialization of Nara sake, which boasts advanced technology and high quality in all aspects, including taste, richness, and aroma, in the tradition of Nara sake.

Sake sold by Imanishiseibee shoten is exported not only to Japan but also to more than a dozen countries around the world, creating enjoyable evenings for people.

Area

Naramachi / Nara

Nara, the capital of Japan during the Nara Period (710-794), is an area that attracts more than 17 million (before COVID 19) visitors a year, attracted by its history and culture. The first step into Nara is a unique experience, with wild deer and historic Buddhist temples on your doorstep.

It also shows unique expressions not only in the four seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter, but also at different times of the day, such as early morning, midday, and evening.

Naramachi, located in the southeastern part of the central city center, is an area lined with old-fashioned townhouses and a strolling path lined with various old and new stores.
